These are a couple of pictures from outside of our place. As you can see we are pretty much located in the downtown area. I love it here we are close to everything and the apartments we live in just got turned into condos and I think i'm gonna buy. They are really cheap right now and will be worth a fortune in a few years this area is getting nicer and more expensive by the day.

Buy now!!! With ASU now downtown, you should have no problem renting that condo out in a few years.
